Pros
You can often set your own schedule in terms of days that you want to work. Friendly co-workers with team driven mentality. Free food after routes sometimes. Decent health insurance.
Cons
If you don't use your PTO upon resignation, you will lose it and not receive any of those accrued funds. While it is in the company handbook, not the most fair business practice. With any delivery job, be prepared to work in all sorts of weather.

It was a job and payed what was expected. There was free food sometimes.
Cons
Management is non existent. Communication from management was sparse and often times they forgot to tell you integral things like wave time start or about feedback or any violations you had. Owner is extremely out of touch and has no idea how his business runs but has no problem berating people. People are hired based on whether they fit in with their cliques. Not a very understanding work place and expect you to be a robot.
