You have a flexible schedule. And it's so fun to meet and get to know most of the students. It really is a fun job.
Cons
VIPTeacher treats their teachers like crap! If there's any problems at all, even when it's not warranted, you will still be dinged. They NEVER change anything in favor of the teachers. And they will review your account (1-2 week freeze while they decide if they'll keep your contract or not) way too often and easily! As teachers, we should not be living in fear of any problems at all happening in our lives or with our equipment! The pay is way lower than it should be. We used to be paid a lot better.
