No real ability for career growth. Many people on the management team are very attached to "the way things have always been done", so new ideas rarely are given serious consideration. Almost no turnover in senior level positions, with no clear plans to build out any new ones, so in most cases, whatever job you're hired for will be the job you're at when you leave the company. Negotiating raises seems to be impossible to do - management will point blank tell you the value you provide to the company has very little to do with what you're paid.
Culture is bit stagnant. Company events have remained largely unchanged for years, most of them based off of the CEO's favorite things to do. A lot of people are from the same small town/rural area and grew up together, so if you're not acquainted outside of work, it can be difficult to get to know your co-workers and integrate into the culture.
Sales are almost entirely based on Amazon, which means that the company is somewhat beholden to changes within Amazon's seller structure and policies.
