Pros

- Overall compensation & benefits are great

Cons

- Restructuring affected alot of people, not sure about future stability - Office transition to 5-days WFO model for quite some time now, but it seems to me, the HR enforcing the policy might not lead by example. Based on personal observation (can check with existing employees to fact-check), it seems HR often comes in to work around late 10am/11am or 12pm, and leaves work early. FYI our working hours are 9am to 6pm. Not sure why is nobody raising this up as it seems a little unfair. Will the Group track output? Please do so. - Often hear shouting and unprofessional behaviour by HR, sometimes in condescending or unpleasant tones. sometimes we can hear it even from the pantry. I thought HR people ought to be the most professional types of worker? I think I can fully understand why the HR turnover rate is so high
