      Cons

      Your mental health would crash. Management does not care about the staff. The only concern is you meeting target- so they can keep collecting money from the government. This is the worst place to work tbh.

      Not meant for human beings, Not a real job, the company is for robots. How a group of heartless people are leading employment services? No sense of humanity! The management needs the services they claim to provide. High turn around and people going on sick leaves because the toxic environment and pressure.
