Pros
Great work culture, everyone from my colleagues and boss up to the CEO are very approachable. The atmosphere in the studio is relaxed and easy going, I really enjoy being there. Decent benefits. Flexible hours and work from home. The office kitchen is very kindly stocked with food and snacks. Transparency, virtually everything going on in the company is out in the open. Any concerns you raise will be addressed honestly.
Cons
It's a small and relatively new company, therefore, raises and bonuses are almost completely dependent on how many projects and clients the company gets. The office location is downtown, which is good for public transit, but if you need to drive to work traffic can be unreasonable. Additionally, parking is limited.
