Pros

The only pro that I can think of is that I got some experience, but nearly as much as I could have if management was truly interested in challenging/developing employees. The best decision I made for my career was to leave VSG.

Cons

Nepotism, poor management, and NO advancement opportunities are the largest issues at VSG. These issues are followed closely by low pay. During my time there I witnessed, on more than one occasion, qualified in-house candidates being turned down for jobs, because management wanted their friend or family member to have the job. A third of the week management isn’t there, because they find the golf course more important than the business.
