      Pros

      The people here are talented and hardworking. It makes the work to work with when people are not pulled into ridiculous crazy requests. Unfortunately, the executive leadership is too prideful and have no awareness of how they talk and operate. This is why they don't even attempt to listen to the valuable contributions of their employees.

      Cons

      There is a disturbing leadership problem. Be cautious with anyone saying only positive about their experience here as some may be inflated due to pressure or they might be part of the problem. Honest feedback is never shared because honest look into the business is never made. This is why honest feedback and growth in success is always harder to see. And none of the leadership will admit it, especially not the CRO. I won't even begin to go near this topic. Many people in these reviews already have said a lot.
