      Pros

      The team at VXT genuinely like and respect one another, and it shows. The camaraderie, respect and trust in one another is staggering, and every decision the business makes reinforces this deep regard. A lot of businesses pay lip service to 'great culture and benefits' but to find a company that is actually following through is a rare and wonderful thing. It's made my job both easy and hard, in that the culture is already so strong, but I definitely feel a great responsibility to uphold the work that's been put in so far.

      The company has a genuinely supportive culture where you feel valued both professionally and personally. I love how our environment is set with transparency, respect, and fun while staying productive. Everyone's collaborative, kind, and always willing to help. On top of that, there are amazing opportunities for growth and development.

      Cons

      Nothing comes to mind as a real downside. Everyone's committed to making things work well.

      Pros

      VXT has been such an awesome place to work. The team is super supportive, and you really feel like your voice matters. The leadership is down-to-earth and genuinely cares about the people. There’s always room to grow, learn new stuff, and take on cool projects. The culture is relaxed but productive, and everyone’s just really easy to work with.

      Cons

      Cant think of anything bad about VXT.
