      Good product, talent and structure. If you are good at massaging egos, great place to work.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations and underconfident management. Insecure and Arrogant middle management, lacks talent or Intelligence . Unconscious decision making, no respect for impact. Overalls no space for ideas or structure.
