      Pros

      - Great team mates, who are awesome and supportive - Detailed policy and procedures - Interesting company to work due to the regional scope and learning of each country's government and local regulation - Comprehensive compensation and benefits for the global team

      Cons

      There is nothing to complain about. Hopefully, the company will be able to ride out the downturn and be in a stronger position than before.

      Stay Away! Sinking Ship!

      Pros

      There are a few good people left after countless layoffs. Flex schedule (half-day Fridays, though most still work full day); Option to telecommute one day a week. Casual dress code M-F Nothing positive about content of work or company as a whole...

      Cons

      Toxic environment, no opportunities (drilling is not doing well so that’s not likely to change), poor leadership, lack of communication, hierarchical chain of command, low morale, not strategic in decision making, won’t progress if not willing to work 24/7....stay far away if looking to join. Not a good place to work. The next 12-18 months will continue to be hard with merger and the drilling industry being down so recommend looking elsewhere. Maybe things will change, but unlikely....
