You get to work with smart & capable people on interesting problems. I would consider compensation & benefits as being above average.
Cons
This is a sad review to write as this was once an enjoyable place to work. The review of "A consulting company pretending to be SaaS" is bang on. Senior management was reckless and negligent in squandering the money from the last fundraise. Money was spent on everything imaginable under the sun other than actually building a product. This led to multiple rounds of deep layoffs that have cut this company completely to the bone. The work-life balance has become abysmal. Most still here are silently updating their resumes and praying they get a package before they can't take it anymore and simply up and quit.
