      None - 100% confident, there were no benefits of working for this company

      Cons

      ongoing harassment, treating employees in a patronizing way. Outdated management style - also, promised a position, after quitting my job, they showed me the reception desk where i was to work instead. Also, management is not salaried. Lots of tasks are out shored, no real investment in the US. Dubious insurance practices, zero training and really mean attitude. I hope this review will not get removed - it is so typical for them to remove the bad reviews - why? Instead of removing, read, learn & improve.

      Pros

      I have been driving for Valley Medtrans for some time now. It's been such a satisfying job. I feel like I am needed, and am respected on the job. As a Woman you can imagine what a relief this is. The sense of community is wonderful between all involved. I never realized how much I truly loved helping others until I began working for VMC. I enjoy driving all around, having my regulars and also meeting new ones. Could not be happier here.

      Cons

      Sometimes long hours (but its worth it) I do want to mention that I see a lot of negative reviews. I do believe this is from a disguntled ex employee. I suggest ignore and apply to see for yourself. You will be treated with dignity and respect .
