•workload is not as heavy as working at SNFs
•decent starting pay for CNA (~$30/hr)
•1:8 cna to patient ratio !! (no more 14-16 pts like SNFs)
•great benefits !! (it's worth it, trust me)
•teamwork actually provided (it's so nice)
•lift team included !! (they help with lifts and transfer!)
•great hours & flexible schedules

n/a, Stanford Tri-Valley has been the healthiest work environment i've ever experienced. I miss it there dearly. Would have stayed a lot longer if I didn't have to relocate for school.
