      A bit of company micro management on ground level Training and confirmation period too long (6 months) Difficult for work progression after time Standard tasks daily

      Pros

      They treat all of their employees like family. I highly recommend working for VAS.

      Cons

      Working at the ORNL site meant long hours, but the long weekends made up for it.
