Pros

1. Awesome infrastructure 2. Flexible timing No more benefit

Cons

1. You have to be work like bandhua majdoor 2. if 1 min less in a week worktime, half-day salary deducted. No matter if you wor for extra hours in any week. 3. Policies can change anytime for company benefit only, 4. No importance for good employees. 5. Each and every activity would be track. 6. Have to strictly work for minimum 8.5 hours. 7. You have to be ready for a maximum workload. 8. They treat you like a machine. 9. HR is helpless. They just listen to your problem and said one answer "It's in company policies" 10. Low salary growth

Thank you for taking time out to share your feedback. It is your feedback that helps us improve our day to day working. Also, thank you for acknowledging our infrastructure and our flexible work hours. Whereas your concerns regarding the work pressure go, we do understand that under some extenuating circumstances you may be expected to take up extra work to meet deadlines but we certainly don't hope that you make a habit of it. We also, pride ourselves in our flexibility wherein the time tracking and attendance are concerned, and you can always connect with the HR Team for updating the same by raising a ticket over the HRMS. We value all our employees and are sorry to hear that you did not feel valued enough while working for us. We do hope that you will connect with our HR Team for the need of any clarity in regards to our work practices.

Pros

Hahahaha. No pros at all.

Cons

Let us begin. So they make you work on a software which will be installed in your personal laptops because they cannot afford to provide a system. Now this software will take screenshots and track your productivity for the entire 9 hours. Their demand is that it should be more than 60%. Also their login software is so pathetic. And it does not automatically adjusts your leaves. So if you by mistake forget to apply a leave afterwards then your 2 days salary will be deducted as a punishment. The management does not value the lives of the employee. On being asked to provide with a system for wfh or not being able to show 60% productivity, they will ask you to come to office amid the pandemic. No transperancy in the management's decisions. The list is very long. Do not join this company if you are looking for growth both monetary and skill wise.

Thank you for taking out time to share your feedback with us. Hearing from our former employees is what keeps us motivated to always improve our processes! Despite our best efforts in keeping all our employees satisfied, we do miss it at times. As the Pandemic hit, and we switched to work from home, alternatives had to be found to the conventional methods of attendance monitoring. The software installed in your systems is to ensure a transparent and efficient work environment. We can also better optimize our time spent on certain tasks or clients in order to deliver our services without sacrificing our time on other tasks. The control of the timer remains in your hand. You can easily start and stop it as per your convenience. It only captures your work and helps you to monitor it too. We certainly do value all our employees and their inputs are always welcome and we do try to implement the same as and when possible. Please connect with our HR Team for clearing any differences you might have had in the past.
