learning opportunity is good as you handle more than 5 market usually. good SDR processes in place, sufficient tools to hit target management gives the right balance between freedom and control which much appreciated to being able to try out new things while also implement certain processes
Cons
remote work mode have it's cons and pros, depends on your preferences handling niche tech product also have it's cons and pros, depends on your preferences too
-Very helpful colleagues
-Great training
-They invest with people and setting you up with the tools you need to be successful in the role
Cons
-Pay is ALWAYS WEEKS DELAYED! This is not for you if you have due dates to comply on.
-Due to the diversity in this workplace, meeting happens even outside your working hours and you have to adjust.
Overall it's a great company to work for. Simply get on with your work to the best of your ability and things are great. Good management, nice to be left to your own devices and work independently, but there is support when you need it (management are approachable). A good balance of being busy but without the stress. Every day is different so I don't get bored, and they make a reasonable effort for a remote team to get to know each other.
Cons
Fully remote has it's pros and cons, plus it would be nice to be able to meet more of the team in person.
