Pros
Salary is decent especially for a 18 to 22 year old who works there for a summer job,its for young people who are physically capable enough to work up to 10-11 hours a day,not grueling work if done for a short interval of time.
Cons
Obviously the odors during the work are not pleasent(also dependent on what type of trash are you throwing out during the day,if its paper its usually very dusty and not easy on the lungs and if its trash the whole day feels like you are stuck with a skunk strapped to your back-apologies for the stupid analogy).Also the people you are riding with a.k.a the drivers,some of them I had a very nice experience with during the days work,however some of them were quite obnoxious and too talkative(maybe its just me but I like some quite time during the day).
