      Lack of support from office staff Would have to provide care for 2pa clients by yourself, high risk for injury Visits as short as 15 minutes back to back with no time to travel in between

      Overworked and underpaid

      Not bad benefits and a pension which is rare to find now.

      Cons

      Employees are constantly over worked and have more clients thrown into their schedule. If you speak up about it you’re asked why you’re not able to manage it when other people are. Most visits with clients in their homes are allowed 15 minutes (that included driving time]. Not much can get done so you either go over in time which bleeds into your next clients time and so on throughout the day or you have to skip a lot and so people don’t get adequate care. Its a chain and so it happens continuously.
