Pros

Pay is great Staff are super friendly and down to earth Work hours are worth it

Cons

The owner is a person that will go out of their way to make sure you feel worthless. They specifically called and chewed out a person because of a mix up that was on the owners side. The job is super worth it, but not with him around.

Pros

In addition to developing basic level skills as a water meter technician handing varying forms of water meters and residential piping, opportunities to travel are available. With weekly paydays, this is a piece-meal industry.

Cons

This company does not honor what they say and do not give secured assurances about salary or placement longevity for traveling project managers and water technicians in writing. Unstable, erratic, and toxic behavior is rewarded and condoned if an employee has high production, meanwhile, senior leadership allowing such toxic behaviors and personal tendencies to take precedence violates any integrity to upholding professional etiquette, if at best for the sake of personnel welfare and morale. Additionally, there is no assurance to receiving a base pay (as a water meter technician) that ensures nominal gains for a 40-hour week. Between
