Extremely challenging and broad product portfolio. Responsibility for all marketing channels, GSIs and partner marketing including global tradeshows and events.
Cons
Poorly trained management using legacy techniques for employee satisfaction and productivity. Required to report to office under micro-management as a team of one reporting to a remote sales director when the work required would be better suited to a team of 3. Missed opportunities due to lack of global vision and inability to create product documents for marketing. Failure to promote any females to leadership roles, and suspect behaviors in office.
