Pros
Varrow was the kind of place that's rarely comes around. The leadership team was inspiring, truthful, and completely unique. Everyone that worked for Varrow was proud to be a part of something bigger than themselves. We all had an opportunity to do great things and we knew we were a part of something special.
Cons
There isn't anything I would change. The good and the flaws were all glorious.
