The CEO, stole compensation from every employee’s options and stock for her own benefit. Mei Mei wanted to maintain a majority voting ownership over the stock, Mei Mei Hu took 35% of all employee options and gave to herself. A particular Board Member is hostile, caustic, harasses employees and uses his position to bully employees. He is currently being sued for sexual harassment and assault by a former employee of the company he was previously CEO for, Tinder. The Chief Legal Counsel attacks people during conference calls, emails, etc. Several groups have formally complained of hostile working environment against this person yet these have been ignored by HR. Overall, the management of the company is fragmented in their decisions, habitually fosters a hostile work environment and doesn’t care for their employees.
