      Toxic environment, lack of cohesion at senior level

      Pros

      Some nice people who work hard, really care and have a lot of knowledge but are taken advantage of. Good concept that could work well but doesn't. New direction could be promising if it lasts more than 6 months

      Cons

      Ever changing management structure, style and direction. Bullying culture where people disappear regularly with no explanation, you live on edge that one day you'll be next to be chopped. Lack of respect for peoples roles and expertise. More interest in attracting investment so shareholders can cash out than running the business Nepotism is rife in so many areas No work life balance - expectation that you will work yourself into the ground with little acknowledgment

      ICabbi app îs not working well

      Good ideea to use app for taxi booking, is easy to yse for driver and client.

      Cons

      Have a lot of bug. In last 6 years software department tried to fix some of them, but unsuccessfully.

      Absolutely none, it’s an awful company

      Cons

      A company with absolutely no regard for people, from its employees to its passengers. Left half of its employees redundant in a cost of living crisis to outsource after taking on so many companies with all their employees telling them their jobs aren't at risk just for a year on to make them all redundant.
