      Pros

      This is a company that has evolved significantly and that evolution has brought in more structure, order and measures of success both internally and for our clients. There are plentiful opportunities to progress and help shape the business.

      Cons

      The pace can be challenging if you're not up for it. In my view, that's just agency life and not specific to Velstar.

      I really enjoy working here. It’s a positive and supportive environment where I feel valued and motivated. I appreciate the people I work with, the teamwork we share, and the opportunities I’ve been given to learn and grow. Being part of this organisation has helped me develop both professionally and personally, and I take pride in contributing to our shared goals and success
