      Pros

      It's a job. Nice staff to work with. Vacation policy and personal time off is liberal. Interesting industry to work in for OEM truck and RV .

      Cons

      Owner/CEO micro-manages and over rules staff trying to do their job. Poor benefits. Poor business ethics in dealing with customers on quality. World class goal is empty without a focused effort to quality and value to customers.
