      -The biggest strength of the company was its people. A team of young, energetic, and smart staff made the workplace lively and collaborative. -The HR team genuinely tried to create a positive work culture and employee experience despite limited support. -Working alongside talented colleagues offered opportunities for growth and learning.

      Cons

      -Leadership is erratic and lacks clear priorities. Decision-making was often poor and inconsistent. -Founders tended to ignore good advice while entertaining poor counsel, leading to unnecessary and unsustainable projects. -Financial prudence is lacking; resources were mismanaged and short-term gains prioritized over stability. -Massive layoffs (over 70% of staff) and salary cuts of 50%+ for remaining employees created insecurity and low morale. -HR’s efforts to build a strong culture were constantly undermined by leadership’s lack of support.
