As far as a job in customer service goes it was pretty good

Pros
I was brought on to Ventrica Through a TUPE transfer. When the company i worked for outsourced their customer service externally. The training on the systems was great and the job its self i already had the skills and knowledge to preform. They had a great system in place for booking annual leave.
Cons
To be honest I don't have a huge amount of cons that i can think of aside from when it came that the company who I was under decided to go s different direction the team on this campaign was made redundant and once this process was put into place any interaction with the teams external of my campaign felt very cold and not really showing any empathy for the 30+ staff member loosing their jobs,
