      Great team and flexibility, but need for more documentation and processes

      - Great people to work with, very motivated and driven - Projects are being delivered in much shorter time than in big corporate environment - Possibility to suggest improvements and drive change - Flexibility and remote work possibilities - Focus on delivering work, not continuous events - People are open to feedback and collaboration

      Cons

      - Not a lot of documentation and processes, especially needed for key product/brand related operations - Focus on instant results, not long term benefits - shifting, but still a con imho - Old school approach to some key areas of business
