Pros

Used to be a lot of good pros listed down pervious technician but none of that is here anymore.

Cons

-Very heavy micromanagement from management. - Leadership often lacks understanding of the realities of field work and logistics. - Decisions are sometimes made without considering how they affect technicians in the field. - Increased monitoring (including camera checks) has created a lack of trust between management and staff. - At times employees feel pressured to cut corners, but when issues arise the responsibility is pushed back onto field staff. - Concerns about compliance or legality are sometimes handled through phone calls rather than documented communication, which can make it difficult to maintain clear records.

Pros

Some great people and supportive team.

Cons

Upper management have not got a clue and this business has slowly been ran into the ground over the last 8 years. People have poured their hearts into this company to have it thrown back in their faces and jobs put at risk on numerous occasions. Such an unstable working environment. Would be surprised if the business existed in a years time.

Pros

The role gives good hands-on experience if you’re early in your career, to either go self employed or to take to another company.

Cons

This was once a genuinely good company to work for, but over time it has become unstable and badly managed. There have been repeated restructures and redundancies, including at senior level, which has created constant uncertainty for employees. Morale has dropped significantly and experienced staff continue to leave. Management roles often feel mismatched to experience, and decisions don’t seem grounded in an understanding of the work on the ground. This has led to confusion, poor communication, and a growing disconnect between leadership and operational teams. Cost-cutting appears to drive many decisions, sometimes at the expense of staff wellbeing and service quality. Long-standing customers are clearly unhappy, and new experienced hires are increasingly hard to attract. Day-to-day operations now feel reactive rather than planned, which makes it a stressful environment to work in. They have now also got rid off paid holiday (holiday off) so ignore that if applying
