      Pros

      Small startup mentality lead by industry leaders. It was so much fun to work here. Truly felt as if I was an integral part of VRx's success.

      Cons

      Got swallowed up by a bigger PBM. All good things must come to an end.

      Pros

      Plenty of PTO. Some friendly coworkers. Mangement tries to make work more enjoyable. Guaranteed 40 hour work week. Free soda.

      Cons

      Terrible health insurance very high deductible and very high out of pocket. Lots of gossip. Hours fluctuate so much, most often close one day and open the next. Systems vital for the job break often or have issues. Phones cut in and out. Call center environment.
