If you work out of HQ, not having to deal with the owner of this company.

Cons

Micromanagement at its finest Inability to be flexible and work remote Poor military management style of yelling and screaming at people to get results Owner/CEO gossips and bad talks about everyone behind their backs Terrible reputation, ask recruiters and they will tell you the stories Owner/CEO is petty. Intentionally puts people down or sets them up to fail to feel superior.
