You may on call 24/7 even if your salary is under 30k yearly. HR may not give good employees good references, especially if its to the competition. Business model is built around " smoke and mirrors" , Over promise and under deliver, purposely. I received absolutely no training upon ever. Everyone will be made a manager. Then one day they will realize that since everyone is a manager, there is no real management. Questionable business practices. Personal growth: Do not stay longer than 6 months. Its a waste. There is NO concept of project management. Appalling moral. CEO has daily meetings with every employee Project managers quit because the CEO micromanages them. The only reason this company is in existence is because the CEO has been funding it himself. I am pretty sure it hasnt been a profitable company for a number of years. Its less of a company more of a project.
