      Company gives good pay and bonuses

      Cons

      Very tough work environment. Highly politically driven, many stakeholders to manage. Insane work hours and lack of 2 ways communication between the boss and team. Slave driving company. Honestly younger people will be better off without this.

      Pros

      Working at Vertex is one of the best career moves I’ve made. The colleagues are extremely smart and hardworking yet humble. My manager empowers me yet guides me to do well in my role.

      Cons

      We are probably workaholics but we truly believe in what we are doing— funding startups that will make a difference for millions of lives in Southeast Asia and India.
