      Pros

      Pretty decent pay & benefits. The bosses like to keep things light when the going is good.

      Cons

      Departments seem cliquish at times. They want you to buy into their vision and be “all in”, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. You just really have to want to work here and enjoy corporate environments.

      Solid and stable company Good 401k match Friendly staff

      Cons

      Pay was low, not as lucrative of PTO offered compared to other orgs and parental leave is minimal unless you use STD which you have to pay for monthly.
