      The clients are the best! The staff are nice and resourceful. There is continuing education aide.

      Cons

      Company moral is poor. Management does not care about the clientele or employees. High turnovers. You are dispensable! Unorganized organization.

      Pros

      I reported to the CEO directly, who has high expectations, but is fair. I felt highly valued and was sent to an industry conference after only 1 month of employment. There are many long term dedicated employees. I had a good experience with Vesta and recommend the organization and CEO.

      Cons

      non-profit salaries can sometimes not match commercial enterprises.
