      Growing Organization with lots of potential

      Pros

      - great updated benefits plan - competitive salary - good work/life balance working in Support Office - lots of projects and impactful work and the ability to raise your hand for projects that align with your interests

      Cons

      - going through moments of change (new CEO and some senior leadership positions) which can be unsettling for some teams - lack of structure and processes (which are being worked on and developed) but can lead to shifts and changes in direction

      The clinic staff who take care of animals.

      Cons

      Toxic, do not work here. Far too many cons to list. It seems they also got the new higher ups to boost the ratings on here ...dont be fooled by these high earners posting postive reviews...and to them...you will either be let go the moment you disagree or leave soon enough from the terrible culture

      Nothing but the veterinary staff working in clinic.

      Cons

      Its really pathetic that they need upper management and executives to right false positive reviews to try and counter how awful the culture is here. Its all lies. Do you actually believe the lies you tell yourself?? Then post on line here to try and improve your ratings? None of you actually care about the staff, just your bottom line. Take zero accountability for ruining a perfectly good company. Shame on all of you who actually try and force feed the staff and public your lies. You're not fooling anyone. Our industry can see right through you!
