Cons

Declawing, tail docking, and ear cropping is all allowed. Owners are able to bring in a young animal to euthanize without a QOL exam.

Great team, but one toxic doctor ruins experience

Lovely team to work with, everyone in the hospital was lovely

Cons

The one doctor who worked there was a toxic nightmare. Condescending and rude to staff, disrespectful and awful. I was warned at hiring about the doc. Should've listened
