Great please to learn. Implemented Toyota Production System many years ago and they are really collecting rewards for that on operational excellence.

Great people, when there are projects available, work is great. Great job security even in hard times.
Cons
Leadership lacking with high management. Not a lot of growth opportunities unless someone quits or retires.
