Great team, exciting growth opportunities, ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization (has the small company feel)

Not many cons at the moment. Working through the initial capital project requires a lot of effort, but is extremely rewarding.

Poor management, sudden lay offs, sinking ship

Pay rate was good, decent benefits, healthy budget for equipment and reagents. Solid team of scientists.

Cons

QC not qualified, always changing its structure. Upper management (VPs and CEO levels) will lie straight to your face, and lay off other staff for the poor management. Compensation will be at the minimum, thus no value for your career path or future. Either recipharm's acquisition has lead to a rapid downfall, or arranta's bio (also acquired by recipharm) absorption has added terrible management and chaotic collapse. Either way, a lot of hard working people suffered because of upper management poor decision making.
