There are some very talented people working for this company that truly care about the company and its continued existence.

Cons

If you are part of the good old boys club at Victory, you are golden and can do no wrong. Otherwise good luck. Not the same as when Vic was around.

Branches are wonderful to work at, with great people that want to do right.

Cons

Jekyll and Hyde principals/owners. If profits are up all is good, but if you have one bad year or environmental change in your location or industry, they quickly forget what you have done for them in the past. Recently sold company to public company named KapStone.

The core people I worked with were awesome.

Cons

After the "honeymoon" period, things started to change. Broken promises, frugal ways (not replacing key people, wanting you do do more for the same rate of pay)....then finally bringing in new employees who were not qualified. Ended up leaving for a better opportunity in the nick of time!!
