I was hired part time as CMA. The lower owner/ investor , Owner is manager also. He told me it was a CMA position helping patient/customer IV flow and helping the RN. After taking the job his true personality came out and he was very rude and degrading. He threw a one page paper at me with open and closing duties and said do it,,no training, but it was mostly cleaning and vacuuming. He took 3 seconds pointing at a few things he did with a customer on the computer, then refused to show me any more and got mad when I did not know instantly how to check customers info and payments out. He had a hostile brat like attitude Very very disrespectful. Come to find out i was never a real CMA position, it was a retail sales and wellness sales grunt position.
