Experienced reps don’t matter, leadership’s lack of experience and people skills is astonishing and the tech isn’t even that great.

Aggressive health competitions that mentally and physically hurt people are not “fun”. Nothing gets shipped fast when every proposal needs to be approved by the president and CRO. Grow exponentially doesn’t mean putting unqualified reps in leadership roles. Figuring out the complexities of the intranet with no training and no help isn’t a recipe for success and last but not least you can’t create trust with a gossip, cultish environment that stems directly from the top.
If you are a seasoned rep, do yourself a favor and jog on. There are PLENTY of opportunities out there and with this industry-changing, I’d recommend checking out the competition (they have serious headway over VideoAmp).
