Pros

- Unlimited Leave (Subject to Approval) - "Most" colleagues are willing to help as long as they are able to (See Con) - Plenty of opportunities for self-learning and try out new tech stuffs - Lunch is provided for staff working at main office - As long as objective is achieved, hardly anyone question the methods

Cons

- Everyone is overloaded due to multi-tasking too much - Lack of proper SOP in many areas - Getting resources for project implementation is always a challenge - Technical specialists not properly trained are expected to deliver in areas they not familiar with - Check and balance for day to day OPS does not exists - Focus too much to jump into new and latest tech rather than enhancing existing tech and infra

Pros

- The not best and not the worse co-workers environment you can wish for. - Free lunch, "healthy" menu with brown rice dishes. - Free oily scent for your clothing, where you get the best scent in a confined lunch area with shut windows and doors. And of course air conditioned area where you dine together with the fine cooking mist. - Lots of snacks break within a unapproved pantry where everything is funded by staffs themselves. - Vibrant environment with lots of cameras looking at you while slogging away, which makes you feel safe in office.

Cons

- unbelievable career advancement environment if you are the "C" level buddies. - ultimate benefits with paid travel vacation together with the "C" level utilising staffs bonuses. - advancement of bonuses before anyone else when you lick the paw of the black dane. - great respect from management top down with the F words and insulting encouragements. - hot air management style makes sure you go away in style

A company who does not appreciate their peoples

1. Clean meal provided daily 2. A place for corporate climbers

Cons

1. CEO is famous of verbal abuse 2. Company turn over too high 3. Bias Management 4. Poor HR management who dont respect coworkers confidentiality 5. Overall not a place where you think it is as advertised.
