Pros

Nice camaraderie between co-workers, a fun environment to go to work at, and generally an ability to manage oneself.

Cons

Constantly changing business direction and lack of communication from superiors results in the workplace being somewhat stressful at times.

Pros

Everyone I worked with was amazing. Unfortunately, most of the talent left when they saw the company was downsizing. And you could see it a mile away. While they weren't transparent about it, they were very easy to read. So that's a good thing, right? When they finally decided to pull the plug on our office, we did get nice compensation. So that's good too, right?

Cons

If there are any employees left, I'm sure they are wonderful. But I watched most of the best leave.

Pros

This place started out as something new, exciting, potentially groundbreaking, but that didn't last. Location is great, some people are nice and fun OUTSIDE the office. Great experience and helped to learn what kind of place NOT to work at!

Cons

It quickly fell apart. Complete lack of upper management and unrealistic goals for every time. Before one thing is fixed, they try to add a new product and it just doubles the amount of issues, while decreasing the userbase. It's only a matter of time before this place completely shuts down and everything everyone worked on becomes a waste of time. How some of these people have jobs is mind boggling. It's tough to ask questions without getting your head bitten off and/or completely ignored. Everyone here is fake.
