Excellent product with great team spirit. Managements supports employees when there are personal circumstances that require them to be away. Benefits are good.
Cons
Poor marketing and management for much of the company history. Improved dramatically with new CEO. Problem was burning through too much money and relying on investors well beyond when the company should have reached a break-even or profit point.
