I worked for this company for over 3 years and could highly recommend this employer. They value teamwork and openness! You have the ability to share your ideas and the management team is professional.
Cons
There are not many career opportunities in terms of "climbing the latter", however, changing tasks are not a problem for the company. In fact, they encourage you to change departments if you feel like it. Its a sign of interest towards the company as a whole and they want you to stay.
