Pros
-Unlimited PTO is nice -IAC building has a nice view -Some good coworkers who are talented and you enjoy working with -Vimeo as a brand still has some credibility which former employees have used to their advantage when they left
Cons
-Annoying location on the west side (Far walk from subway. Have fun beating through the crowds to grab an overpriced lunch at Chelsea Market...) -Product is an absolute mess. Everything about what the company does is reactionary and there is such a lack of leadership at the top it's painful to watch. You'll be pulled in 10 different directions and you'll either work yourself to death or end up toiling away at unnecessary projects that will eventually get scrapped. -Compensation is sub-par at best and the "stock" (i.e. SARS) they offer isn't really stock. Don't be fooled.
