      Long term staff, set work schedule, no rotating shift

      Cons

      No upper management presence - how can they know what's going on. Literally had CEO tell a family member "The last place I worked at I shut down a hospital. I was the last person in that building to sleep there". Unbelievable. I introduced them, so I KNOW I told the CEO this was a family member of a resident

      Toxic Environment to Work In

      The residents are great, they made the job worthwhile.

      Cons

      Poor management, a very toxic environment to work in. There was definitely favoritism that occurs. They want a college degree for the job but pay $12 an hour.

      Pros

      Worked with so many great families over the years, very rewarding to watch children grown and learn. Also developed their current school age program, so it was rewarding to see the program grow and progress under my leadership.

      Cons

      At my time working there, we were severely understaffed and over teacher-child ratio almost daily which lead to reports to corporate compliance and state licensing as ratios were out of control. High teacher turnover added to this problem.
