      Pros

      Love working at Vincere, found a lot of growth opportunities and learning curves in the wider Access Group.

      Cons

      Transitioning from a startup environment to a giant corporate culture is not an easy process but as the company and the people grew, and we learned from both the good and the bad. This is not really a con, as I feel it was just a challenge that everyone has chipped in to help overcome, as a whole.
